iREAP POS Pro now support Product Set (Formula / Recipe / Bill of Material) since version 1.36.
Product Set is design and develop for stores selling Foods such as Restaurant & Cafe, or store using component such as Computer Stores, and Item Sold in different Unit of Measure (UOM) and/or different price.
This How-to user guide show you how to use product set to support different UOM and Selling Price for same item.
Using Product Set in iREAP POS Pro, when Sales Transaction happens it will
Automatically deduct the Raw Material / Component stock quantity, so you can have real time actual Stock of Raw Material/Component every time sales happens.
All Cost of Material will be added based on quantity used in the formula then calculated as Cost of Finish Product Sold

In Above sample the Product/Item is Coca Cola 330 ML,
In the scenario you already have product code 8992761111014 (PCS) and the Inventory / stock level and sales transaction currently using PCS
Barcode/UPC/EAN In PCS: 8992761111014, at selling price IDR 3,000 / PCS
then you want to sell this product in PACK, whereby 6 PCS per PACK.
Eg: Barcode/UPC/EAN In PACK: 8992761111777 (1 PACK contains 6 PCS), at selling price IDR 15,000 / PACK
NOTE:
Product / Item Component can be sell independently (please make sure Unsellable flag is Untick)

Enter your email address and password (administrator account)email address account that had been registered for the first time when you creating your company with your iREAP POS Pro
Go to main page of your iReap Pos Pro
Create Product / Item using Master Data - Product Menu
This shown the Product / Item Coca Cola 330 ML in PCS with IDR 3,000 in Selling Price
Go to menu Master Data > Product Set
Click New Product Set to Add Product with Formula/Recipe/Bill of Material.
After done editing the formula, Click SAVE SET to apply all changes
Sales transaction for Product Set is the same with other product, you just entry sales at your mobile phone as usual.
Both product code / barcode for PCS and PACK is shown and can be used in Sales Transaction
In this examples we input both product PCS and PACK in Sales Transaction, and the Selling Price is already set correctly.
After Sales transaction for Product Set is recorded, you can check on pro.ireappos.com Sales Report – Daily Sales.
Automatically the Total Cost is Calculated based on your Formula (Quantity x Cost of Component) and you can get the PROFIT information immediately. While for Quantity of the Component also deducted at the same time automatically.
Quantity of Coca Cola 330 ML (PCS) the component - reduce by 1 PCS, and 6 PCS due to Sales Transaction for Coca Cola 330 ML PACK.
