How to Import Master Data Product /Item From CSV File in iREAP POS Lite

To facilitate the input of multiple product data efficiently, IREAP LITE provides a CSV file import feature. This feature eliminates the need to manually enter products one by one, making the process more efficient and time-saving.

Before importing, ensure that the CSV file is formatted correctly according to the system’s requirements. Double-check all data to prevent errors during the import process.

The latest version of the CSV file uses the first row as the column header. The text in the column headers must match exactly as listed below:

Category, ItemCode, Description, UnitOfMeasure, NormalPrice, PromoPrice, WholesalePrice, WholesalePromoPrice, Cost, NonStock

• Category: Category name, must be filled and will be used in Reports by Category. eg: Computer / Handphone / Notebook
• ItemCode: Code for Item, not mandatory, leave it blank, the system will generate it for you
• Description: Name of the item, must be filled
• UnitOfMeasure: item Unit of Measure, not mandatory. eg: PCS / KG / DOZEN
• NormalPrice: Selling price
• PromoPrice: Promotion price, set it with 0 if there is NO PROMOTION, if not 0, this value will be used as selling price
• WholesalePrice: Wholesale price
• WholesalePromoPrice: Promo price for wholesale, if not 0, this value will be used as wholesale price
• Cost: Item cost, initial item cost, fill it with 0 if you don't need profit analysis report
• Tax: Tax percentage (value between 0% - 100%). Example: 10% should be written as 10.
• NonStock: Item/Product as Service Item. Fill field is TRUE (Non stock) or FALSE (Not Non Stock)
