Salesman Tracking Maps in IREAP POS PRO

salesman tracking map is a tool or system used by companies or owners to track the location and movement of their salesmen in real-time using technology such as GPS (Global Positioning System) or similar technologies.

iREAP POS PRO now facilitates you by providing the Tracking Maps function. By using the salesman tracking map function, you can monitor salesman field activities, including routes taken, time spent in specific locations, and the number of visits made over a period of time. However, always ensure that the GPS and internet network are activated so that the salesman's location can be tracked after they log in to the iREAP PRO application.

By using salesman tracking maps, you can enhance the supervision of field activities, increase operational efficiency, and improve overall sales performance. However, it is also important to pay attention to the privacy and security of your salesmen's data.

Here are the steps to track a salesman's location in iREAP POS PRO

• Open browser and go to www.ireappos.com

  

• Click LOGIN IREAP PRO

  

• Or you can log in directly via the pro.ireappos.com/login directory

  

• Enter your email address and password (Administrator Account) The email account you first registered to use iREAP POS Pro

  

• Go to the main page of your iREAP POS PRO account

  

• Click Salesman > Position Tracking

  

• The following is a view of the salesman's position monitoring

  a. Monitoring display of the positions of all salesmen

  

  b. Monitoring display of specific salesman positions

  You can see the tracking history in more detail by looking at the position of a particular salesman, as follows:

  • Select a salesman.
  • Change the position type to History.
  • Set the date period for which you want to view the tracking history > then click Submit.

  NOTE:
  The red dots on the map indicate the route taken by the salesman. Each red dot represents a specific location visited by the salesman every 10 minutes (the system sends the salesman's location data every 10 minutes). With these red dots, you can easily see the path the salesman has taken, including the direction of travel and the final destination.
