How to Add Stock Transfer in

Stock Transfer In is a transaction to receive goods from another store or warehouse on iREAP POS PRO. For example, after source store/warehouse create Transfer Out, Destination Store/Warehouse will receive the goods from source store/warehouse. In this situation, the Destination Store/Warehouse must create Stock Transfer In transaction in the store device on iREAP POS PRO application. Stock Transfer In is one of the three stages in Inventory Transfer between stores and warehouses. In this example, we will create a Stock Transfer In for Inventory Transfer from Jakarta Store to Bali Store.

Create Transfer Request via web Admin

Create Transfer Out transaction in the Jakarta Store Device on iREAP POS PRO application

Create Stock Transfer In transaction in the Bali Store Device on iREAP POS PRO application

These are the steps to create the Stock Transfer In:

• Open iREAP POS PRO on the Destination Store devices

  • Enter your email address and password

  • Click Login

    

• Click the Stock Transfer menu

  

• Select the transfer in menu

  

• Click the + button to add Transfer in

  

• Then select based on the Transfer Out document made at the sender's shop or warehouse > click confirm

  

• Click Create Incoming Transfer to confirm

  

• If the Stock Transfer In was successfully created, the Stock Transfer In document will appear on the list of incoming transfer lists

  

• To make sure that the Stock Transfer In transaction created successfully, you can check from the web Admin (pro.ireappos.com) and go to Inventory Transfer > Stock Transfer In
