iREAP Invoice is a mobile application that helps you create billing invoices using professional templates and send them directly to your customers via email or messenger with just one click. With a clean and easy-to-use interface, the billing process becomes faster and more practical.
In addition to creating invoices, iREAP Invoice also helps you monitor customer receivables, including tracking invoices that are approaching or have passed their due dates. This allows you to follow up on payments on time and maintain a healthy business cash flow.
Besides recording customer receivables (Accounts Receivable), iREAP Invoice can also be used to record supplier payables (Accounts Payable). This enables you to monitor payment obligations to suppliers along with their due dates, helping you avoid late payments.
iREAP Invoice can be used for various types of businesses, both service-based and product-based. However, for businesses that sell goods such as retail stores or shops, it is recommended to use it together with and integrate it with iREAP POS PRO so that transaction management and inventory control can run more optimally and efficiently.
The use of the customer receivables and supplier payables features can be done in two ways:
Recorded directly through the iREAP Invoice application
Used for recording and managing customer receivables and supplier payables separately directly from the Invoice application.
Recorded during the Sales and Goods Receiving (Purchase) process in iREAP POS PRO
When performing a sales transaction (for customer receivables) or purchasing goods (for supplier payables), select the payment method Credit Sales / On Credit / unpaid.
The transaction will automatically be recorded as customer receivables (A/R) or supplier payables (A/P) and synchronized to iREAP Invoice.
