IREAP POS PRO Concept and Relationship between Company, Store, Device & User

• 1 Company - Support Multiple Administrator Account with different access rights (web admin pro.ireappos.com)
• 1 Company - Support multiple Stores - connected to Company with Activation Code (Token)
• 1 Store - Support multiple Devices using iREAP HELPER
• 1 Store - Support Multiple User with different access rights
• 1 User - Can be assigned to multiple Stores with different access righs
• iREAP Invoice (if needed) is used for recording customer receivables.

• Company : A place / organization for business
• Store : Shop
• Device : a mobile handset / gadget (ex: handphone, tablet)
• User : a person who has a duty in a store in accordance to assignment in iREAP POS Pro with a specific email account address
• Activation Code (Token) : ID Code that can be used for registration & authentication in a device, with this code you can assign a store to a device. you can have this code by generating from list store by administrator - https://www.ireappos.com/en/how-to-ireappos-pro/#add-new-store-activation-code (while at first time registration, you don’t need this token code, )
• Administrator : a user that registered at first time with an email account while creating a company and first Store.
• Admin : a Role as Admin for a store
• Manager : a Role as Manager for a store
• Supervisor : a Role as Supervisor for a store
• Cashier : a Role as Cashier for a store
• Product, Article & Category : an item / goods
• Salesman : A salesman is someone responsible for selling products or services to customers. In general, there are two types of salesman:
  1. Salesman Taking Order - Responsible for recording customer orders without carrying stock. The received orders will be further processed by the warehouse or distribution team.
  2. Salesman Canvassing - Selling directly to customers while carrying stock. This type of salesman usually completes transactions and accepts payments on the spot.
